Industrial Source originated in 1945 operating under the name Eugene Welders Supply Company. In the late 1960's, we expanded into the Coos Bay market. In 1992, the Laing family purchased National Fire Fighter Corp., now National Extinguisher Service, a fire suppression supply company started in Eugene in 1951. The wildland fire division continues to operate as National Fire Fighter Corp. From the late 1990's through 2012, the Industrial Source business expanded into Salem, Portland, Medford, Grants Pass, and Roseburg and continued to grow through several acquisitions. In 2019, we moved from our original location in Eugene to a new state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot building in Springfield. Also in 2019, we acquired LPM Systems in Tualatin and expanded into the labeling and packaging market. Industrial Source is Oregon's largest independent and longest-running gas and welding supply company.
